only issue found is an annoying beeping that happens a lot. had to do a reset once seems to be a bit better. the beep is very loud. Do not have this type of beeping on the other Bluetooth headsets i have. Google search found more people with same issue.It looks grate I like that it has its own charger stand. But only thing was missing was the charger cord.I'm sure this would have been a wonderful gadget if it worked, but it didn't for me. The Bluetooth did not connect with my computerVery comfortable.Good qualityThis headset is amazing for the price! Highly recommend. I do wish it was a bit louder but then again it is only one ear.Great for the money! Wish the charging base was a bit more reliable and the headband could be smaller or more adjustable. Otherwise, noise cancellation is excellent along with battery life.Works perfectly for remote work :)
