I have been using this headset for about 2 months now and have been very pleased with the call quality, battery life, and range that this headset has. That being said the Microsoft Teams integration is useless. The dedicated button does not do anything of use. I was hoping to be able to select this button and it bring up in teams my contact list or be able to answer a call I am getting in Teams by selecting this button, but it does nothing when clicked except make an audible tone and the buttons flashes momentarily. It doesn't even make windows prioritize Teams, if it is in the background it will stay in the background without reacting whatsoever. This is very disappointing considering this was one of the bigger selling points, I wanted to be able to recommend this headset internally to other employees because of how Teams based we are, but I am not comfortable doing so unless they improve on the teams functionalityUpdated: The customer support reached out and was very helpful in troubleshooting my issue to help improve my experience with there product. They did a great job of explaining everything to me and the intended use of those features. Overall it is a good headset and the function of the button is not going to make or break my day so I will move on without its use. I do understand and as this is not a feature that I cant live without it does not really bother me that much, everything else works as intended and it does a great job of functioning properly throughout my day. It has good quality as well, as I am a tech support technician that is constantly assisting agents with there headset and VoIP issues it is important that my headset sounds good so that the agents I am assisting feel confident that I can help them. I really appreciate the good customer service and your efforts in working with me to resolve my issue. It says a lot about your company in very good ways.Very very good customer service! My company uses Cisco Jabber which is a computer based phone? Anyway that's how I make phone calls, this headset is not compatible with it. It sounds like people are 20 feet away from their microphone when I try to use this headset it's virtually impossible to use. Yes I turned all the volumes up I possibly can. And even if there is some type of software update my company will not allow any downloads of any outside software so... If you also use Cisco Jabber, look for another type of headset.I will say with MS Teams calls, it's amazing! The integration is great. However that's not why I bought this. I bought it for both uses, not just one use.I like the headset, makes your ear hot though. The battery life is shorter than I would like it to be.I am so glad to have come across this headset I work from home and the headset that my company provided had a cord that kept me chained to my desk my whole shift this has a range long enough to go outside of my home I can get up stretch or anything else sound is good noise canceling for the background noise that maybe in your home is good… pricey but no regrets.Great product. I need a very good headset that not only has great sound quality but is reliable as well. The Bluetooth is outstanding where in my prior headset (Jabra) if I needed to stay on line but walked into another part of my home the sound quality and reception quality dropped. The mute to flip feature is the best and easy feature I have ever experience in a headset for work. I recommend this Headset to anyone who wants great functions and reliability.Great product once you get it going. It is NOT a simple plug and play device. When I needed help, Yealink support was impossible to reach. Finally went to my phone provider for help.I like this headset just okay, but for the price I wish I could say that I love it, I just can't though. Often through the day I find myself pressing the speaker to my ear so that I can hear, the volume just isn't enough on some calls. Then there are the scratchy calls, or the callers that can't hear me when I've used the mute function by raising the mic up, it won't always unmute and I have to unplug and plug back in to get it back, most of the time my caller hangs up before I can get this done. The battery life isn't great, I use it for about 6 hours a day, that's fine, but it has to have a full night's charge to work the next day.Overall, for what I paid for this headset, I'm not thrilled. It's advertised as being softphone and Microsoft Teams compatable, I'm sorry that I don't see anything special there. I guess I was just really excited before this arrived and it hasn't met the mark that I had set for it before I began using it.Ultimately, it's just okay.UPDATE: After being in contact with the Yealink team, who were very kind and responsive, it was determined that this headset is not compatable with the Five9 system. What a shame, it seemed like it could have been a great headset! My money was promptly refunded and I'm still looking for a headset, similar in design to this one, that is compatable. I'm sorry it wasn't Yealink, they are GREAT people to work with!Kudos Yealink! Now please make one that works with my system. ?4 stars only because it doesn't work with Five9 callcenter system. Otherwise I would definitely give 5.I’ve been using this product for over a month. It’s pretty good - easy to set up, good range (I can even walk outside my house and stay on calls), good battery life (about 13 hours). Sometimes the audio coming thru the earphone is a little garbled, but I don’t know if it’s the headset or the other person’s internet connection.
