I bought these on prime day for $27.81. I have a price checker and from what I see the are usually around $30-40, which is still cheap.First and foremost, you might be asking why would I buy these. I was looking for iPX7 or iPX8 wireless earbuds so I can listen to music while I shower. The Air Pod Pros are iPX4, which are not good for showering, they cut out every time. The higher the iPX the more water resistant they are.For this price I was very skeptical because you get what you pay for. Also, I needed something cheap since I already have Air Pod Pros.Now let’s compare:Note: This is only Day 1 and I will update this review if it doesn’t hold up!Price:-Golrex $30-40 vs AirPod Pros $200.Wireless distance:-Golrex claims 33 feet vs Air Pod Pros claim 50 feet.-They both cut out around the same distance. I left my phone in my bedroom, and I went all the way to my back door of my garage, which is on the opposite side of the house until they finally began to cut out.-Very shocking, and with this price I was expecting it to cut right when I left my bedroom.Battery:Can’t compare only day one and I haven’t wore them long.*3 month update-They last longer than my Air Pod Pros, but I always have noise cancellation on with my Air Pod Pros, which drains the battery. Air Pod Pros last about 3-4 hours. While Glorex is about 5 to 6 hours.Features:-Golrex for $30-40 you get led screen, volume control, Siri, and a few more, but Air Pod pros clearly win in this category.Feel:They both feel like a high quality products.Case:Golrex features are actually better than Air Pod Pros when it comes to the case. The size is bulkier though, but if that doesn’t bother you. Golrex is the clear winner in this category!Phone connection:Both connect easy.Sound quality:-This is where I was skeptical, but it’s honestly not bad.-The bass is really good on the Golrex, but the blend between the voices and bass are nowhere near Air Pod Pro level.Comfortability:Golrex feels great in my ears and they don’t fall out vs Air Pod Pros feel sketchy at times while working out and I have knocked them out a couple of times.Color:Golrex wins in this category. The air pod pros are just white and nothing special to them.Shower:Golrex claims iPX7. I haven’t went swimming with them yet, but I did shower. My music didn’t muffle one time vs Air Pod Pros, which are IPX4, they will go out on you in the shower and you have to let them dry for them to come back. This is annoying, $200 and they are only IPX4!Conclusion:I left a review for a reason. l felt as a customer I got more than I expected. Really good overall earbuds being wireless and not corded.Are these Air Pod Pros? no.Are they good earbuds? yes.Do you need to spend for $200 instead of these? That’s up to you. But, if you’re on a budget I would not spend $200. These work honestly just fine for working out, cutting the grass, etc.Hope this helps anyone looking to buy. This is not a paid review, just leaving my honest feedback.P.S. I will be using these more than the shower, and alternating with my Air Pod Pros.3 Month Update:They still work. I also found new tips for the earbuds. They are called SpinFit CP100 Plus for IEM. These tips will make the sound of your earbuds even better! I advise you to change the tips of this earbuds to SpinFit CP100 Plus. These specific tips will help improve sound, isolation, and comfort. I got the medium for my ears, but they have: Small, Medium, and Large.*4 Month Update:The left earbud has stopped working completely, but after contacting Golrex, they shipped a new set to me for free through their lifetime warranty. Make sure to register your product if you decide to get these earbuds to activate the Lifetime Warranty.
