These are decent quality earbuds.The storage box/charging port is quite small and compact.The earbuds arrived fully charged, but the battery pack was at about 10%.As per the directions, I charged the whole unit fully before I used it.The earbuds fit comfortably in my ears, though I had to replace the tips it arrived with for a larger size, (included).The UI, (User Interface, basically the controls), on these is fairly simple, but still has an initial learning curve.The buds are touch sensitive. Press and hold your fingertips to either one and you can power off, raise or lower the volume, skip a song, etc.It's fairly simple once you get the hang of it.The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating instead of 5 is that I'm old...Earbuds used to be crazy easy to use: plug them in and put them in your ears.I enjoy the new technology, Bluetooth, touch sensitive, wireless intricacy, but every now and then, long for simpler times.The best part of this experience was the shipping: they were here within 3 days and I dont even have prime. Having said that:I literally could not review these as they refuse to connect to my phone. The case doesnt show actual numbers from 1-100, they're all jumbled up, and no matter how much charging I do, the earbuds do not move in terms of their "charged" status, always showing 2/3 charged.If the company is willing to provide a better pair to test, I'd be happy to, as I was very excited to try an airpod pro alternative, but after trying to use them for the past 12 hours or so, I'm done. If this is the finished product, stay far away. The only positive about the product is that they do fit better than a typical rubber tip earbud, as I typically can only use ordinary apple earbuds because of my ears. I so wanted to like and use these, but literally could not.These wireless ear buds are very easy to set up. Just place the ear buds in the charging case and charge with the included cable. There is a display inside the charging case that indicates the percentage of charge. Go into settings on your phone and wait for "K18" to pop up. Then click to connect. The ear buds are lightweight and comfortable. The sound quality is very clear. The packaging is attractive so this would make a nice gift.
