Received this controller in the mail very fast through Amazon. The product was well packaged in a cushioned card board box - no damage. Very happy about that because I've had other things sent o me in envelopes and the product scuffed or damaged. The fact the seller protects the product in the mail shows commitment to the product and the customer.I've connected this controller wirelessly to two systems so far, a PS4 and a cell phone. Very easy set up process - the instructions (see pictures) are straight forward enough that even this old man can do it. It worked very well with the Ps4 playing Rocket League. The smoothness of all the buttons are absolutely on par with the original Ps4 controllers. I cannot tell the difference. Pressing the buttons results in a soft smooth push (no clicking or loose buttons like cheap controllers have). The whole controller is well built - it doesn't rattle, not too heavy but also not cheaply light weight. The ergonomics also comparable to PS4 controllers. A friend used it and beat everyone in a video game. I'm not saying this controller will make you a better player, but you can't blame the controller if you lose.My son used it to play a video game on his cell phone (I didn't even know that was a thing you could do!). His teenage words to describe the experience: the buttons are butter, the d-pad is solid - he likes the little cover that goes over it because it feels smoother than without it. The trigger buttons are smooth. The speaker is okay for the size of the speaker, but only worked on the Ps4, not the computer.I haven't had a chance to use the headphones yet. If I do, I'll update this.We also connected the controller via the USB cable to a Circus Pro8 laptop and played Cluster Truck and found it to be an enjoyable experience. This high quality controller is so versatile. It is easy to bring anywhere and the connection possibilities are endless. If you are looking to buy a replacement or extra controller, I highly recommend this because of its versatile nature and very high quality and professional feel.I use controllers for some PC games and I have always used Xbox style ones so I bought this for minor OCD with the stick locations in some games. I asked around and tried a modern PS5 controller from a friend but I had this recommended and it honestly feels better to me. I have very very large hands and it is still very comfortable (unlike old dualshock) The Dpad is very nice and firm which I like. The Triggers are smooth and the buttons are firm yet quiet with some response. Battery life is good for an 800mah battery. Takes a few hours to charge.Oddly I had to use a Bluetooth usb dongle with it and not the built in adapter in my Lenovo Legion laptop. Which is odd. I'm 90% sure it isn't the controller but its worth a mentionMy only gripes are the lack of any real texture on the grips and the odd "shape" button symbolsI find the retail packaging kind of adorable.I got this controller for my PC, but it can also be used for PS4. It comes in solid retail packaging and includes a small length of USB cable for charging and connecting.I opened it and let it charge for a while. I think when it is charging an orange light appears on the front of the controller. When I returned hours later the orange light no longer appeared.Connecting it to my PC was as simple as connecting the 2 ends of the USB cable. My windows 10 PC recognized it, took a few seconds to set it up, and it was ready to play. The controller is lighter than others I've used, and I love that it includes an internal battery pack. No nickel and diming the consumer for additional batteries! The buttons and sticks are great to the touch and easy to reach. If I have one complaint, it is in the placement of the D pad. Perhaps the size of my hand is the actual problem here, but it isn't as handy to reach the D pad as I would like.Features I haven't used: the wireless aspect. The controller has mono audio out as well as headphone out.I mostly game on my PC (don't have an X Box or PS4) and finally got this controller for games that I prefer a controller to a keyboard/mouse setup. I first set it up with Steam by going to Big Picture mode and setting it as a PS4 controller. After that it hooks up easily both on Steam and on Epic games. On PC it does seem to need connected by the included USB cable. It's a good size and fits my hands well. The only hitch I ran into was that I wasn't expecting the controller to become the default sound output device when it was plugged in. After some troubleshooting I remembered the audio output on the controller itself and plugged my headset into the controller instead of the standard headphones jack and everything was fine. But that's worth noting if you use this on a PC.I'm happy with the controller!Good battery, feels comfortable in the hand. Pairs easy. I recommend this controller for kids as it's affordable!I've been very happy with past purchases from this brand so when my son needed a new controller I chose to try it. So far it's been great! It's comfortable in your hand, very responsive, works seamlessly with the PS4, and my son's computer. He is also an Xbox user and he likes that this controller is similar in shape to the Xbox controller. Overall, he's very happy with it, so I am too! And it's a much better but than the original brand. Also, for those interested, it came very well packaged, and I'd be very comfortable giving this as a gift to a PS4 fan!I bought as a gift for my teenage son, so this is his review since I don’t play with the PS4.Bluetooth range works well, no problems standing anywhere in the living room. Also worked with PC, iPad tablet and Android phone. Audio was clear using the headphone jack and gaming headphones. This is a nice feature in a wireless controller because I can move around and don’t have to worry about mom and dad telling me to turn down the volume.Fit well in my hands, the controller is slightly larger than the regular PS4 controller that came with the game console. The vibrate feature works well, but was just like any other controller in that matter.
