As soon as I received the headphones, the microphone did not work. I thought the jack connector, was the problem. I contacted Amazon, they sent me a replacement. Once I received the replacement, the headphones worked fine. A few days in the microphone on the replacement, stopped working. I took the jack connector off of the original headphones, and it worked with the replacement. I am not satisfied, with the overall headphones. I hope now the headphones last. The sound quality is pretty good, and the ear comfort is nice. Would be great headphones, if they would work properly.I am not rough on my headsets, but I do have a very bad track record with them. My last $150+ set, while sounding amazing, fell apart in day, terrible design. I go for cheapies these days because I won't be throwing too much $ away. Cheap headsets are a crap-shoot, some have the build and sound of much higher end units, others perform at/below expectations for the low price. These are mediocre. They are way too quiet, no noise isolation at all (though I don't remember them being adversited as such anyway), negligible bass, and most importantly, very poor directional sound. They have a decently long, braided cord, and come with a USB in addition to the 3.5mm audio. The USB will light them up when plugged in, but it's usless for console use. You can't remove it as it grouped with the 3.5mm input. You may be able to cut it off, but it's easier to just use a piece of Velcro or twist tie the cords together to keep it manageable.I bought these very cheaply through the warehouse, so perhaps the poor sound is a fluke to this particular pair. They'll do ok for now, but I'll upgrade in the near future. They are also way too large on my average (I always assumed) noggin. This may be a plus for all of you watermelon heads out there :)*Brought down to one star because the volume is almost nonexistent.I have been looking for a headset for my sons PS3. This is advertised as such but needs some extra cords and work in order for it to work. Luckily we own aPS4 as well so we can use it as a backup for that until we get the needed extra gear!Good price, they worked out of the box and kids say they sound good.Cool lights and fits snug on the earsGlitches out ALLOT. But what can I expect for the price ??♀️I didn't receive an adapter with it.Hi Team,The connector was not included in the package...Please resend the connectorRegardsits ok for the price. cons: inside the ear muffs, the speaker has little sponge on it so if your ear touch it, you'll get sore quickly so a bit annoying there.microphone works great. and the headset is for men. im at minimum length and its too big for me, and i have quite a medium/big head for a woman. Not gonna lie, being bald, this isnt the most comfy for the top of the head. But the ears fit nicely, and the sound is crystal clear. Microphone projects clear sound. Such a good budget options it's crazy! We have been trying to find headphones with microphones that are well suited for virtual classrooms. We have 3 kids that all share a large table for their schooling. These headphones are good for noise cancelling and have a clear microphone. For the price, it is a great deal. We tried quite a few different sets before these. If you can swing it, buck up and get a more expensive headset. The sound is terrible. It could be something wrong with my console but the sounds plays back as if the battery is dying.Worked for less then a week. Sound cuts out or is distorted. Cord says super strong but have to wiggle the cord to try and fix. Also the cord stupid long and the USB dongle is right beside the audio jack so that’s annoying. Should be advertised as PC headphones for that reason.
