ThanksI basically don't mind anything about this headset except for the fact that the muffs themselves don't turn to contour to the shape of your head as well as how stiff the muff cushions are. The muffs have a circle shape instead of an oval which I don't like because it instead sits on your ears instead of sitting around them which that combined with the stuff cushions really hurts my ears. Happy that I got a new headset, but I'd recommend that if you have the same problems as me, don't get this one.I love how they cling to my ears. And the fact you can turn mic on and off.This product stop working on my computer after a while.Got these for my daughter for remote classes, they work well. The connector got funky on the first pair and one side stopped working but Amazon sent a replacement pair that has been working great.It worked when I got it but now only one side I can hear loud and the other side too low and hear nothing. It also has something moving around inside the headset that is annoying. Idk what to do with it now.Produit très décevant.
