These jabra headphones are decent in terms of sound and comfort. These do feel better that most headphones. There are relatively sturdy. One thing to note is the headphones do not really keep sound in so people actually partially hear you call. I prefer to have these when working on calls as they are not as constricting on my ears so I can wear them comfortably. Also I do not really care if my coworkers are able to hear my conversations as these are customers calling in. I definitely would not uses here for my person phone unless I am in a private area. For the most part, the sound quality is good and I can actually hear the customer on the other end. You do not get any kind of static and disconnected. It is pricey so I am not entirely sure these would be a sound investment but they are good quality regardless. The batteries on these are not too bad. They do last for quite some time and you can use them while they are being charged. You do have volume control on the headphones themselves but i can be hard to get used to the controls. In terms of feel, these more comfortable on my ears as it does not cup the ear like other headphones. It does come with a simple case to store these headphones so I do not have to worry about these getting damaged when I take them on the go. The case is a simple pouch that can also hold the charging cable. There is a dock you can get for this but this one only comes with the USB charging cable. This does come with both bluetooth and wireless dongle to connect to this. This is nice because I can switch from my work laptop to my phone with this on. I actually like how stable this connection is even from afar.th to other devices. The microphone is pretty good but surprising short and not are durable looking. I would definitely note say these are noise cancelling. It is open and not cupped so you do get ambient noise around you with these on. I also do not like the PU leather as if you sweat a little these become irritating to the skin and could crack overtime. You can also answer calls with these on which is great. The headset is easy to adjust but be careful as these are meant to be light so it sacrifices a little but of durability. It is a simple plastic headpiece Overall I think these headphones are not bad for using at work or answering calls. They are pretty comfortable and long lasting where you can use them all day at work without issue. I do like that it for my computer but I wish it came with a thinner dongle. I would say these are definitely not noise cancelling but it has good sound and the microphone is not bad. People around me do hear the person on the other end even on lower volume. It also comes with a nice carry case you can take on the go. The charging cables are your traditional usb cable. There are rgb lights on the side. It is not flashy and just a simple line light.
