Edit: Bought November 2021; it is now June 2022. After consistent use for work, the charge port has become so loose that it is difficult to get a connection to charge the headset. Additionally, the static has gotten a lot worse over time to the point where I am looking for a different brand that will hopefully last longer.Purchased to replace my work-provided headset (it was corded). Specifically, I purchased the headset with the dongle.~Pros - The headset is light-weight and easy to set up.The headband has a nice spring to it, and the ear pad is fairly squishy for comfort and okay noise buffering. The other side's plastic is very malleable, not stiff. The sound quality is decent, but nothing outstanding.~Cons - These one is probably due to my work-issued OS, but the headset will not answer a call when pressing the Multi-Function Button (MFB), even though the booklet says it should. I also had some trouble with the volume buttons, where if I tested its response, pressing up and down quickly, it would only change the volume one way. I have to take it slowly when changing the volume. There is a constant buzzing feedback, on and off call, while the unit is turned on. I don't know if this is because it's connected to a dongle or not. It can get irritating. The earpiece cover is all plastic, so it gets a bit warm after long use.~In-between - The mic arm is very stiff. This is good in that it won't flop around, but a little annoying for putting the mic up or down; I have to hold the headset to adjust it.~*** I have not tested the headset for quality with my main computer or car; it is connected to a StratoDesk ClearCube, which I have had trouble with from the beginning, so take my cons with a grain of salt. Maybe it works better with other Bluetooth interfaces.
