How to Use: 1. Extend the headband. 2. Pull out the cup and tilt the upper section of the cup outwards so that the wire is on the outside of the headband. 3. Adjust the height of the cup, slide the cup up or down while holding on the headband 4. The headband should be across the top of the head. 5. Before you collapse the headset, slide the cups in all the way. 6. Collapse the headband. Make sure the sealed cups are not creased and lie flat on top of each other.
