I bought two of these for my daughter and I so we could listen to music and talk back and forth while riding. The video was a plus. I wanted to give it a solid go before I left a review. Customer support sent me a video for installation that I didn't watch, but after I spent a solid hour on the first helmet, it only took me 10 min to install on the second. These are my observations:PROsDecent battery lifeThree-in-one - camera, bluetooth connects to phone, and you can talk back and forth with other ridersDecent camera qualityOver $200 cheaper than the other guysBack and forth comms are clear with other ridersEasy transition from talking to other riders to listening to music via mode buttonCONsThe app is useless even when you follow the instructions to connect it to the wifi. It consistently disconnects. This could use improvement. No sound on videos, except muffled talking and wind noise. Not a necessity, but would be nice to have a better mic. Would be even better if the mic was connected to the camera so you could record conversations.Videos are in avi format, so you have to find a free converter online to convert to mp4. Would have been better if they just saved as mp4 because this is an inconvenience.Overall the product is great for the price. Depending on your helmet, you will experience wind noise at higher speeds, but I was able to hear my music pretty well upwards 70 mph. Forget it if you have a half helmet. This technology is made for full-face helmets. To the app developer, please work on that to make it better. It is SOOOOO glitchy. Other than that, I am happy with the product. I don't have anything to compare to, but it's good enough for me. 4 out of 5 stars mainly because of the app and needing to convert the files. I will follow up in the future for longevity and if the app is improved.
