This review is for the BeeBang monaural headset. The box contains 2 parts. The headset and microphone boom with a 36" cord (small removeable clothing clip attached) that ends in a "Quick Disconnect Connector" (Part No.: BNG612QDQ011). AND another 32" cord with a QD Connector at one end and a 2.5mm plug at the other end (Part No.: B07VP4BX9D). It works fine with my Cisco IP Phone 303 which has its own volume control. I like the simple cord. No bulky in-line volume control or on/off switch to swing around and pull the headset askew. The earpad feels substantial. I prefer the monaural sets because they don't slide around as much. The T-bar anchors the set from the other side of your head. I purchased a Wantek product the first time around (both made in China) and this one feels more solid. The quick disconnect switch works well and might come in handy. I'd be concerned if you plan to pull it on and off frequently.Like it a lot. Let’s me do other things while talking on the phone to family and friendsUnfortunately there is no tension adjustment for the mic boom and so after about 6 months of use it got loose to the point that I have to rest the mic on my upper lip to prevent it from falling down below my chin. It is very frustrating that there is no way, that I can find, to tighten this.In all other aspects I like this headset. Works great with my Panasonic 2 line phone.UPDATE: Very disappointed that the seller or manufacturer did not respond to my issue with the boom.Works great for an office of five in an open area. Headset stays put, has great sound quality and is comfortable.Exactly what I wanted and works great!I have had Panasonic headsets continuously which last about 3 years (used everyday all day for work). This product I had to order as the Panasonic was not available.It lasted 6 months......Not good quality as well.DO NOT BUYMic suck on this deviceJust to be nice it was delivered on time. After 6 short weeks the connector developed a short and it goes on and off with crackle between... so I would not recommend this one, there are many others to chose from. I just ordered the Panasonic.
