Easy install. I mostly use the unit for music and with equalizer software it can sound really good. I use the equalizer in Amazon Music. It's never going to have the bass response of earbuds because it's not stuck in your ears. If that is what you are expecting, then you will be disappointed with any device of this kind. The velcro holds the speakers well in my helmet. (Harley Davidson Capstone Sun Shield II H31 Modular Helmet) It adheres to the side of my helmet really well. I have ridden in 35mph+ winds at 70mph+ (yay Kansas!); it never even budges and is still where I stuck it. That said, make sure where you stick it is where you want it. You are not getting a second chance. :) Phone calls work great. I haven't connected to other riders, so I don't know about that capability. Battery life is pretty amazing. I have ridden for 5 hours listening to music and the battery is still above 80%. I ride everyday for the most part, rain or shine. I haven't had any issues with water in the rain. It connects instantly to my Samsung Note 10+ and stays connected. I have used Alexa with it, but because of road/wind/motorcycle noise (I think) she rarely understands me. I mostly got it for music and phone calls and it does a great job, especially for the price. I will probably get one for my summer helmet. (Harley Davidson Sport Glide 3-in-1 X07 Helmet)I got this for my full face street bike helmet. Installing it was easy and the instructions were clear. The ear pieces and the wiring all go under the padding of the helmet. The ear pieces and the mic adhere to the inside of the helmet using velcro. For those who use a 3/4 or other type of open face helmet, included is another type of mic you can use. The only wire sticking out was the USB cable that goes to the body of the unit. Connecting via Bluetooth to my phone was easy, similar to most other type of Bluetooth devices. Connectivity remained stable during my use. Music quality is clear and decent, but don't expect the quality to be as good as name-brand ear buds. Call quality was good. The person on the other end could hear me loud and clear, even over the engine and wind noise. I could turn the volume up pretty loud. It's certainly loud enough to hear while riding. Sound quality-wise, this is one of the better Bluetooth headsets I have owned, especially given the price.Make sure all your surfaces are clean so that the velcro and two-way tape adheres properly to your helmet. Be careful to not pinch any of the wiring when you put the helmet padding back in. Position the body of the unit so that you can easily reach all the buttons and operate the unit safely.I have a set of less expensive headsets that I really like ... then I tried this and I could see what a difference some extra $$$$ makes. The sound is exceptional and noise reduction is superior. These paired with my current system with no issues at all. There is just about every feature you can think of and many more then I thought existed. The price is higher then some systems but the quality is better while costing less then other systems. It comes down to you get what you pay for (most times if you are lucky) and with these I feel they have a good balance between price and quality. 5 STARS From MeWorks just fine. Been using it couple times on rides with friends, overall satisfied for now.
