I haven't had it long enough to fully review but hope I can get assistance with the lights option since I don't see another way to get in touch with the manufacturer and the instructions on turning it off from the post doesn't apply. So far the lights don't react to the music and I can' change the options, it goes from flashing to a steady color change, I prefer 1 color at leas or off entirely as an adult that will mostly use this in the gym.
