Good quality, just need to position your speaker properly next to your ears. The intercom works fine, but unfortunately the bluetooth does NOT seem to work at the same time as the intercom. You can only switch between BT and intercom with a button click. When playing music and in a phone call, the quality is amazing but when you connect them that's when it's not so much there. Once you hit about 30 mph with your visor open, you can't hear each other at all sadly.. &' with it closed it's about 35-40 mph. That's the only downside I've had with these! Over all I give it about 8/10 recommendation. We still absolutely love them!The product works great, but I only have one question, how can I make both devices play the same music?Great device for the price but the clip that comes with these broke on the 2nd ride. Didnt even drop helmet or anything just broke.I had to use a different charger on my own. When I got it, the language was set to Chinese. The bottons are hard to access with the gloves on. I had to set my phone to auto answer to be able to sue it. I have another more expensive one by SENA which I like and has been very reliable for the years that I have used. You get what you pay for!These units are far superior than even the biggest name brand competitors that are hundreds of dollars more. The sounds is amazing! Crystal clear! No air noise at all! Easy to connect and sync to other units or your phone. Don’t waste your money on other expensive units. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for great helmet headsetsThis is the 1st time I get this kind of item for my helmet and I loved it! Item came in a nice box that gave it a premium feeling for a good price. Came with everything needed to use and set up, no issues after using for a week.
