This is the second one and the first on lasted 3+ years!The headphones came in a quality factory box. The sound and clarity of the speakers, is very good. You can't beat this price anywhere. I would definitely recommend this item to someone who doesnt wanna spend alot of money but still wants a good quality headset. Also the this headset comes with really cool lights built in with On/switch button.Decent headphones for the price.The refurbishment process did not “work” very well. Just save yourself the heartache and buy a new one. This thing disconnects and reconnects at least once every 3-5 minutes and the buttons are sticky.Just gross. This was supposed to be "renewed" but it was just gross. The headset wasn't cleaned. And the mic had teeth marks on it ! The cable was barely holding itself together.BuenosBad headset work for 5 minutes and shut down for the next 30 minutes i don’t recommended this
