Sound is fine. Noise canceling is fine. Comfort is fine. Battery seems good. Problems are: Whenever you turn it on and it does not have something to immediately connect to, it goes into pairing mode and I see this as a big security problem as it will send pairing requests to every device within reach and this was not adequately addressed in my question at all. The on switch does not always work and I have to turn it off and back on to get it to come on. There is no low battery warning and it just dies.
