I use headsets daily for 2 different jobs I do from home. This was my third pair of headsets since March (now December).The headsets are comfortable on my head and the sound is crystal clear.No problems with connecting it to the computer; there are no crackling sounds and the wire is long enough.I am very pleased that the noise-cancelling microphone is so good, that my phone rang during a job and it was not picked up on the recording.I will wait and see how sturdy it is but I expect it will last longer than the other 2 sets I had.Thanks for a very good product.
