I love these headphones. I can honestly walk outside and still hear perfectly, speak and everyone can hear me. Everyone at work said these make me sound exceedingly clear and they are really great. After a few months I had an issue that the main part seemed to have something disconnect because I couldn’t hear periodically although everyone else could hear me. I called the company and the warranty is in place using the serial number for 3 years. They sent me a shipping label to send it back and they are sending me a brand new one. The representative walked me through every step I needed to take, I had the label within five minutes and I am very pleased with this company. It also hooked up instantly using the base to my work computer. I have recommended this to coworkers and would recommend this one to anyone who works from home.I needed some wireless headphones for my call center WFH job. I have always used Plantronics at the office so I had hoped these would be a good substitute. problem is because of this MS Teams functionality feature it prevents my telephone application from ringing into the headset, and I nor company tech support is interested in spending time to learn the subtle nuances of how to fiddle it to work correctly so this doesn't help me at all.It is really staticky and gets loud at times!It should have worked through the bars but failed to do that. I finally got it to connect via Bluetooth.I would not purchase againI was looking for a single earpiece headset. My wife tells me I talk too loud when a double earpiece headset. I can also keep an ear out if anyone needs me in the house, when listening to music or conference. headset gets great distance. I can walk 20-30 ft to kitchen to fill up on coffee and not audio breaks. Overall impressed with first week of use.Bought the Amazon certified refurbished one but the earphone didn’t workPurchased 5 of these December 27, 2021 and as on March 22, 2022 I am down three of them. Muffles really bad when a call is coming in, when speaking to someone sounds like a echo and will no longer hold a charge. Highly disappointed in this product and would not recommend in wasting your money.
