Too smallNot adjustable and way to big for my head, can not wear glasses when using wish I had not put the box in the trash before trying out. Would have sent it backBesides being Mono not Stereo. (Both speakers being independent of each other) they wouldn't stay on my ears for over a few minutes. They keep sliding off. If they don't stay where they are supposed to they aren't doing any good.Do yourself a favor and skip this item, the sound quality was horrible. It is super cheaply made, and just not worth the hassle of ordering only to immediately decide to return it!
