After purchasing this microphone for work, it arrived on time and worked well. Unfortunately, it worked for a couple days before it shorted out and stopped working altogether.I immediately contacted customer support and they were quick to respond and sent me another microphone. The second microphone only worked for a couple weeks before it did the same exact thing. I would definitely not recommend this product. At a glance it appears to be made of good quality, but it become apparent quickly that the materials used inside the microphone are definitely not quality.You're better off spending the extra 20 or 30 dollars and getting a microphone from Motorola, it will last you A LOT longer.
