Purchased these on September 3 my 8 year old dropped them in the case less than 2 feet on a carpeted floor and the entire earpiece fell apart. They were not dropped onto a hard surface nor where they dropped from a high height. Above is a picture of the floor it was dropped on to. Of course they fell apart exactly one week past the return cut off date.Got these for my daughter's birthday. First pair had 2 cracks on one headphone, and one Crack on the other one. Second pair ordered black lining of speaker not placed properly and cracked as well. Very disappointed. My daughter loved the design and the sound was nice but can't have an electronic that is cracked inside her ear. The cracks are very thin but others you can notice.These are adult sized headphones that look awesome but not for kids ears which was the sole purpose for my use for kidsThese are adorbs but fit in the ear a bit oddly. You have to play around to find the right fit. Noise cancellation is great since they take up the whole lobe. Sound quality is great tooGreat for my husband, he loved these ear buds and he uses them everyday!Both buds won't pair together and the quality ain't goodThese earphones cancel out any noise around me. They fit snug in my ears also. This is a great investment. No need for Apple AirPods.
