I got mine at Ross for $7. There seems to be a channel imbalance that greatly favors one side. I've used in ears for almost a decade and can always get a good fit with the right tips. For whatever reason with these, I know I have a good fit and the issue still exists. It's nice they have a mic and control button, but the MEE Audio RX18 sound way better for around the price and they're less finicky about their insertion.. I honestly would rank those pretty high for the price if you like the Klipsch S4 type of sound. These are more in line with bargain bin Sony or JVCs, which isn't saying much these days. I usually love Philips in ears and over ears, but I can't give these a pass. The sound is really good and noise cancellation is very good as well. At this price you will really not get ANYTHING better. Was thinking of buying a Skullcandy but most of them stop working in a span of 10 days to 3 months so went for this.Songs Played :-Megadeth - A Secret PlaceMetallica - Enter SandmanMotherjane - Brokenand a few others...Riffs are very clear and so is the BASS.# Cheap# Comfortable# Great Build Quality# Good Sound Quality# Worthy InvestmentPerfect for those who are looking for good quality Low budget headphones !If you are interested, watch the unboxing review and sound testhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dzcb6pbOyaIThe item seems to be fake. It is surely a duplicate of Philips. It's earphone piece rubber got damaged in a single use.The Volume switch function is also reverse.I thought to inform so that others are not duped by such fake items in the name of brand of Philips.Just after 3 months of normal use the left speaker (and mic too) stopped working. Philips has broken my trust I have in the brand. I bought another ear phones from other website and I had to return it back in 1 week since it's mic is not working. I'm now little skeptical about purchasing ear phones of any brand.Lightweight, compact and comfortable. The only downside is it is not designed for rough handling. ( One of the headphone speaker stopped working after 4 months)Overall a good/average product in its price range. If you are considering to purchase this, you can skip on this if you want something durable. After using this earphones for 10 months I have changed my review. I have to say tha the build quality of this earphones are really bad. The right earphone gets open so now I can't able to hear from the right side due to wires in right side earphones gets broken. I think they uses fevikwik to attach the earphones. This earphone worked for a few days and then one side stopped. No sound from it. Contacted the Philips service center they offered a replacement since the product was still under warranty. After almost a month, I have been told the replacement hasn't arrived and I have been promptly refunded. I did not expect this from Philips. I hoped to get a replacement within 10 days which was what was promised in the service center. All in all, neither happy with purchase nor after sales service from Philips.
