They work quite well the only problem that I've had with them is that I had hard time to get them two recognize the microphone on my computer I also had some problem with feedbackI needed noise-canceling headphones for my son to use in school when distractions affect his ability to focus. These headphones came with 2 jacks—which was a small issue— but also did it maintain a good connection to the port in his chrome book. We returned them.First thing... these ARE NOT amplified. good headphones for the money but the USB connection is only for lights... not amplification.These are NOT amplified they are not advertised as being such. They have pretty USB powered lights and decentsound. Comfortable and reduce ambient noise.I got this product in and immediately logged into discord to test out the new headset. the speaker portion worked well, but the microphone refused to transmit my voice. I tried everything I could to boost the gain, but my friends couldn't hear my voice at all even when the mic was registering sounds. Save time and money, go buy a better headset.I usually don’t write reviews but had to for this one. Please don’t purchase this item. Took forever to arrive and never worked as expected. Microphone did not function. I was then given run-a-around to purchase separate splitter. My son has barely used it for a week and now the ear-phone cover has fallen off. Stay away from this one!Overall decent for the money just microphone cuts out on occasion.This is the second pair we have purchased. I had two kids CONSTANTLY fighting over these - so we have one in red and one in blue - no more fighting!! This comes highly recommended by two teenagers who know their stuff. And a Mom that likes the price! Good quality - no breakage in the 6 months of constant use of our first headset. Great Buy!
