Read title - I soldered to these several times and was very careful and precise but no matter what I did, there was crossover somewhere in the connection. The cables I made would work fine until I touched the connector and the signal would die.Testing with my mulitimeter, there was some sort of signal crossover happening between the rings of the connector and I think this was the cause.I can't recommend these because of that. I put on different 2.5mm connectors to my custom cables and haven't had a single problem.
