I have used every week now since its arrival in February 2022. It has been 3 months and I use it swimming continual laps for nearly an hour (sometimes longer) at a time.It was easy to upload music from my iTunes and the sound quality has been very good. There have been a few sessions where the right ear piece would crackle as if the wiring were kinked, I think it was just a bad wire connection. This past week it seemed to work fine, I just had to wiggle into a good position. I wear with a swim cap, nose clip and goggles.I have been extremely satisfied with the hopes the wiring situation does not continue but I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an underwater listening device where you can hear all of your own music. I have waited to review so that I would have a good idea of how the apparatus functioned. All in all, I can not complain.General, the item appears to work fine and has good sound - better than other swim headphones. Couple of items that would seem should have been handled from the beginning, but were not (likely because this is a Chinese product and their average person is much smaller than us here in the US.1. Content only includes 1 set of swim ear plugs that were designed for small ears by our standards. They do not seal the ear channel so water can become an irritation in the ear, particularly cool water. If you're going to ship a product world wide, not including the standard 3 sizes (which they did include for non water use) is really a downer.2. For the same reason, the entire frame was build to small and if worn around the head, is very tight (if you can get it on at all). Mine fits my neck real good if worn that way, but I don't believe that's the plan.3. They claim a 5 hour plus playback period, but it is actually around 3 hours. And like most other swim headphones, it is not programmed to play a sound or voice to advise of battery charge left. Does have a small blinking light, which doesn't help much to warn you, so best to charge before every use. And the cords running from the main unit to the headphone portion are pitifully thin and I regrettably now have to worry about them not lasting long.I've only used it for several weeks so have to wait and see how the battery does over time. I have tried the headphones that transmit sound via bones on side of head, and that sound is unsatisfactorily twangy, they are expensive relatively speaking and the two I had lasted about a year before they just died. Tried the now discontinued Sony Walkman swim headphones twice and first unit lasted about 1 year and second not even half of that before their batteries stopped working and the sound was real puny.If anyone has found a solid swim headphone device, I would love to hear about it as I swim quite a bit and enjoy the music during that workout.I just got these an did my mile swim with them yesterday. I can't speak to longevity or length of battery life. Also, I'm not an expert on sound quality, pretty much my skill set is "can I hear it clearly" I can't speak to bass/treble etc.PRO : 1. I wasn't sure that I'd like the headpiece, but it works well, very comfortable, didn't slip around. Cords lead to the ear plugs. The plugs for water use were on there, they fit my ears and stayed in without problem. There are also different earplug sizes if you are a runner.2. Ease of use. You pop off the player from the headset (follow directions) easily. When out of the headset there is a USB plug. I just plugged into my computer and did drag and drop.3. A small manual that was easy to follow. AND being a audiobook fan I learned that it comes with shuffle but very easy to convert so that I can listen to books while swimming. I tried it - and the book flowed great.4. The price. This was one of the least expensive units. I thought I'd give it a try. Having read reviews of all on Amazon it seems they all have their problems. So I tried these and felt that if I DID run into a battery issue, which seems common, I could buy 2 of these for the price of one of the others. That said - it has a 1 year warranty, which by registering it became a 2 year warranty.CON: The controls are at the back of my head which is not a problem for me because I make my adjustment before getting in the pool, but for people who like adjusting tracks/volume/etc. that would be a con.item must be treated very gently. I did. worked well for 9 months then right earphone stopped working. ordered a new head set (minus the usb drive). that came but left earphone wasn’t working. approved for returning - but at my expense! will reorder. fingers crossed. but seems this is a problem.1st I would like 2 thxz the customer service for being great at their job...I use these 4 swimming laps. They have a quality sound. These headphones are comfortable. The earplugs stay in while exercising. A charge lasts about a week. Listening to my music makes my water exercising enjoyable ?I am using this neat little device mostly for my water aerobic workouts. I have had several kinds over the years and this is definitely among the better ones. It’s affordable, has a good battery life and is easy to operate. The ear buds are comfy. Nothing to complain.I have heard, that it is good to alter cardio, not just jogging, but biking and swimming etc. I like swimming, but I like music to motivate me and this just does that. I uploaded music into it and it works perfectly. It's a simple usb music player, there are no ways to change the playlist, it plays in alphabetical order, but I don't mind.
