You get what you pay for. Had issues with it connecting to my surface pro. Sound had no base. Fit in my ears were not comfortable.I tried them for a few seconds and was impressed with them. Plugged them in with supplied cord to fully charge as instructions stated. Went back into the kitchen a few minutes later and smelled something burning. Saw smoke coming from them. Unplugged them and dropped into empty sink. The cord and case were melted. Had I been farther away they could have burnt my house down! Definitely would not consider trying another set of these!I wanted to give these more stars. The more I use them the more I’m convinced that I just can’t do that. My first time using I thought they were pretty nice. They do cancel out noise very well, but it almost sounds like I’m listening to things through a toilet paper roll. It sounds very tunneled. The sound quality is NOT awful, but my $20 SC brand from the grocery store sounds MUCH better than these. They’re a pain to get out of the pod because they’re slippery and hard to grasp from there. And when they’re actually IN my ears, if I need to adjust them, I always find myself touching the touchpads and turning them off by mistake or pausing what I’m listening to because they are so sensitive to touch. If you get them wet with more than a single drop of water it’s just as bad as touching them in the touchpad area— it pauses or shuts off. Definitely not good to wear in the shower (trust me— I’ve tried several times). The water hasn’t ruined them but it does ruin the functionality of them. They’re cute, for sure, and I like the sleek look, but they don’t stay in my ears, they’re difficult to adjust, and they just don’t meet my expectations or meet my needs. I’ll still use them when my other pairs are needing to sit on the charger and charge. They were easy to pair, though and start using. I wouldn’t order them again, though. My only barometer for any headphones or earbuds, ultimately boils down to sound quality. I am an audiophile who considers AKG headphones to be the gold standard for superior sound. I have 3 different pair of AKG's (over the ear, on the ear, and bluetooth as well as wired). I never buy speakers, boom boxes or headphones/earbuds without listening to them first because most are total junk in the lower consumer price ranges. So, I give these around 7-8 on a scale of 1-10 for sound quality. They do distort when I push the output level on my Galaxy S10+ to the 80%-90% volume output range. But I also have an onboard, manually controlled equalizer which I can slide up or down in each hz range, so I can dial in the sound to my preference and these headphones deliver solidly with that feature in my Music Player on my phone, which is "Rocket Player" by JRT Studios.I am not going to pass judgement on the noise cancelling since I play my music at a high level and outside ambient sounds don't factor into the equation for me. And I will not be using these for phone calls, so that is another reason NS is irrelevant for me.My only gripe is the lack of any instructions in the manual for anything other than "Charge the earbuds" and pair to "Amita P5". They did pair instantly with my Galaxy, but supposedly there are "touch the sides" of the earbuds to manipulate the sound and to fire them up. This was a hit and miss exercise so once I got them paired, I did not bother to touch the earbud shafts again, not knowing what that would result in. I was able to get them to pause and play music from my Galaxy by touching the side of one of the earbuds. But again, this is a roll of the dice as to what you can expect. Too bad the instructions didn't go into more detail about the features and options available that interaction with the earbuds might yield.Bottom line is they are worth the dollars for listening to music with a fairly full spectrum of sound and good bass.Love these!!They are actually noise canceling and have a very good sound quality. These headphones are relatively comfortable to wear, have a decent battery life, and sound fairly good. The only place that they seem like they’re lacking is that they’re a little thin on the base but that’s kind of what you would expect for earbuds that don’t cost you an arm and a leg. They look nice and the paired with both my iPhone and my android phone so I really think that these are gonna be handy in my go to earbuds for the foreseeable future.Sounds quality is great, long lasting I played them all day no charge needed. Fits in ear comfortable.
