Firstly, the battery works awesome. No more headset beeping and dying after a few minutes of use. Ridiculous that the headset does not have an easily replaceable battery. But this battery is an awesome solution as long as you are prepared to do some minor soldering. Highly recommend getting one of the stands that has the clips that holds the chip as well as a really good magnifying glass to see what you're doing to see what you're doing
