Use this for job. Hard to find comfortable set, longer cord and adequate sound quality which is essential. I can’t say this headset has excellent sound, but it is ok, as good or better than average, and better than the Spectra’s. The Spectra headsets with the hard round balls hurts my ears and are not comfortable. The ear pieces on this are more comfortable, it comes with extra earpieces, but not “spongies.” If you add the sponges it is even more comfortable in your ears. Gave info, my review to my supervisor and she purchased one right away to try. Definitely an option for us doing transcription, especially since Sony discontinued the MDR we all liked so much.
