Product works as described. Easy to connect to Bluetooth. The band is loose on my head so I cannot hear it well even with earplugs. When I press the “earpieces” closer to my head, the touch button is activated turning on/off the music even when just holding side of “earpiece”. I wanted to like it but it’s not for me. I have single-sided deafness and wear a bone conduction hearing aide. This device doesn’t actually use bone conduction. It sends the sound waves through the ear canal. I know this because when I wore it, only my normal hearing ear heard the sound. But, when I turned the device backwards and had the ear piece above my ears and pressed against my head, I heard the sound in my deaf ear but not my normal hearing ear.
