first off, the clamp that tightens down to the helmet snapped when I put it on, thin plastic, it was easy to connect my phone to, but could not get it to play music while hooked to the bluetooth nor listen to the FM radio, let alone hook up to a phone call, instructions could be more defined for us, I will be messing with it some more, hopefully it will work ok. 2/14/25 update. Finally I figured it out. Wow, the sound was AWESOME , loved jamming to Pandora while riding the trails. It allows a person to really go to your happy place. Out trail riding in mid Michigan , Leota to Houghton Lake and back to Harrison area and I never lost the great sounding music. I ride with 2 others that bought the same unit and it is nice that we can chat back and forth with out stopping and removing our helmets, especially in the winter time , when it is cold. I have not taken any phone calls yet and to be honest, I may never, it is my quiet time with nature and my friends on our quads. Thank you
