Excellent. I'm a professional speaker using sennheiser transmitters and receivers. As good or better than the lapel mics and every bit as good as the sennheiser's costing 4x the amount. Highly recommend I use this gem daily.For those of you having difficulty adjusting the headset to fit snugly to your head, try this: push the plastic ear-piece out at a very steep angle away from the device. In other words, if you are going to wear it on your left ear, push it as far left as you can before you put it on. Then tuck it behind your ear and squeeze the loop to tighten around your ear. This will cause the plastic ear piece to put tension to the back of your ear and create a much more secure connection. Once I figured out that little trick, it fits like a charm.
