This product is not that good of a hearing device of any kind.The hearing assessment in the app, although detailed, is confusing. When taking the advanced test, it’ll ask you to move the slider down til it’s audible and then it has another slider set for “comfortable” which makes no sense because if the sound is audible at a low volume, 9/10 it’ll already be at a “comfortable” level.The bluetooth feature isn’t good at all either. The whole headset just powers off randomly for no apparent reason at all.. then the sound coming thru the headset is very distorted no matter what volume level u have it set to, and this is just on the “Indoor” setting on the app… I can only imagine how crazy it would sound on the outside setting with the various “outdoor” sounds that go on constantly. I didn’t even attempt to try the other 2 settings on the app… because, What for?!?Lastly, the transmitter sucks… Now of course I expected a slight lag (latency) to be present (as I work with studio audio interfaces all the time) but for it to be sooo distorted, once again, at any given volume level, is ridiculous… I couldn’t even watch tv with it, so I just packed it up and put it back in the box in came in.So in conclusion, BE AWARE, this is not a good investment at all… The idea itself that was being presented on their website and YouTube videos was great but the circuitry is all wrong!! I’m returning mine for a refund and looking for something else!
