I really like this earpiece for my walkie-talkie. It fits comfortably on my ear and the soft pad doesn't hurt the entrance to my ear. My workplace is extremely loud and I can still wear earplugs and wear this earpiece and hear everything just fine. Some of the other reviews said the volume wouldn't change but I have not had a problem with that. I can turn the volume up or down and can hear just fine. One issue I have had is the wire keeps coming out of the top piece of plastic that goes over my ear. I just rubber banded it in place and that fixed the problem.
