Read a lot of reviews and they were 50/50. I have had this for a little over 6 months and it works amazing. Easy set up, easy to switch back and forth between land line and cell phone. Battery life can last up to a little over 8 hours. I work in customer service so I am on the headset all day. The headset is comfortable and also works great if I have to wear my glasses. Work in a warehouse setting and can walk about 15 yards from the base. Sometimes an echo can happen while I am on a call. Sound is great on both ends of the call I have not had a complaint that the customer can not hear me. The base is small and does not take up much room on the desk. Overall I happy with my purchase.
