Does the job, this one is NOT the variety I tried to order (for Kenwood type jack), did try it on a friend's radio it is compatible with, works OK.Has plenty long SEPARATE cables for ear and mic, if you want to clip earpiece up by collar and run the mic down sleeve & clip on cuff, this is your setup.
