This is a great headset. I regularly use it for video calls on my PC, cell phone calls, and desk phone calls. I haven't used any of the advanced features (like conferencing) but for my daily use it works great. The sound is clear and the headset is comfortable. I like how the two ear design blocks out office noises around me.
