I have had this for just over two months. For the majority of the time it sits on my desk at work in the office. The movement of the cord is limited. However, in 6 places, the cord is cracked like in the picture I have shown, and the wires are exposed. Considering during these two months due to holidays, work from home, and vacation I have only been in the office for 2 weeks this time to have this level of damage is unacceptable. I would advise against purchasing this headset
