I bought this as a replacement for a Plantronics brand (expensive) headset that broke. I use this type of headset for my job and prefer using a binaural headset (two ears instead of just one). Because of this, I realized I didn't have a lot of choices if I didn't want to pay a lot of money. I found this headset and LOVE it! It is inexpensive compared to so many, but don't let the cost fool you, this is a quality headset! The sound is perfectly clear, the noise-canceling mic works perfectly, and it has the quick disconnect connector. This headset is also lightweight and very comfortable to wear (it doesn't squeeze my head giving me a headache). Highly recommend!!
