I owned the previous model (TL7610) which served me exceedingly well for many years.The headset on this model, however, could not be adjusted down to fit over my head snugly. The reason is that it is overall too big. And the adjustment allowed did not facilitate proper fitting over my head; it fits too loose even at its smallest setting. The headset on the previous model should have been kept exactly the same for this newer model.This product will continue to save me countless hours.
