This earpiece has the design I prefer (behind/over the ear) so I gave it a shot. It's just ok. The sound quality is mostly ok, but occasionally callers sound scratchy I've been told that I'm breaking up.I tried it for over a week without having to answer any calls (I only made calls), but the very first call I got, the problem was glaringly obvious. I COULD NOT ANSWER THE CALL without using my phone! None of the earpiece buttons responded even after several tries. I had to fish out my phone to answer. To be absolutely sure, I asked someone to call me again & the same thing happened. The whole purpose of using an earpiece is to be hands-free. Abysmal failure & complete waste of money. I hope I can send it back.
