The reason why I got this product was because the original Corsair Virtuoso earpads were too thin with almost no seal around ears. My ears were hitting the interior wall of the headset and hurting after an hour of use.These earpads are a perfect replacement. They are about 1.5 times thicker than the original virtuoso earpads. They are very comfortable around my ears. They prevent my ears from touching the inside of the headset and hurting. They also make a strong seal around my ears and allow for background noise cancelation.The only downside is that they make the headset look much bulkier. (Hence the reason why Corsair chose the relatively thinner ear pads to begin with).Excellent product!
