Sound quality is great but the pain in my ear and not the caller is unbearable. I'd prefer a crick in my neck from trying to hold the phone reciever between my ear and shoulder old school style. I would not recommend unless you like pain. I've tried to readjust the piece but it keeps going back to the original position
