I'm not an audiophile, but I do have 2 pairs of UR20s at home, when I'm in the home office and want to watch video/listen to music etc. The sound quality is good and they're very comfortable to wear. I have 2 pairs because despite working really well the pad cushions were so worn out that I had black particles of whatever material they're made of stuck to my ears and hair :( I got a second pair (they're not very expensive) which is now worn out as well. I looked it up and it turned out you can get replacement ones. Koss doesn't seem to have these anymore (it was out of stock and probably discontinued) so I got these.Replacing these is NOT easy, I was seriously concerned that I would break something, but somehow it worked out. The new cushions still look like new now after a few months. I wish they were a bit cheaper. I bought the headphones themselves for under $20, these ear pads were almost $10, so I was hoping for a better price. But with inflation the UR20 are about $25 now so I guess that's fair.
