I had ordered a pair of the M1-S helmet communication devices almost 4months ago.My friend and I have been enjoying them on some weekly extended rides (5-8 hr rides) this summer. It has been a great addition to our trips and highly recommend them to other riders.Overall this product has been a really good value for the price.The battery life is as advertised and that is more than enough for my needs.The microphones are of suitable quality and adequate for the level of communications we needed. At higher speeds (over 90kms) wind noise can be an issue. I have read about some ways to improve the microphone cover to help reduce this and intend to work on that part. Even still, I was quite satisfied with that aspect.The earphones are good enough to play music at a good volume for the highway and is clear enough for my needs. I really have no complaints on that count at all when they work.NOTE : warranty issue below.There are other features that I have scarcely used at all (like using phone features) but they did work fine upon testing. Calls were very clear.*Warranty issues.*I did have an issue with my buddies set of earphones where they stopped working. I believe the wiring is a little bit delicate and should be handled with some care during the install and thereafter. Whatever the reason, one set stopped working and needed to be replaced.I really wanted to give props to the seller for his exemplary service in this regard. Every communication was prompt and straight forward. He shipped very promptly after receiving my request for a replacement headset.Due to problems with the shipping that is outside of the sellers control, I had significant problems receiving my package. My initial package was simply left in the lobby of my building to be stolen(!). The seller was again very prompt in responding to my emails (complaining about the repeatedly lousy shipping outcomes over 3 attempts at delivery) and quickly sent another unit to replace the lost product.He was at all times courteous and efficient from his end. I highly recommend him as a vendor and would do business with him again any time.
