Works perfectly with the store's Cigna 7940 and 7940G phones, with my Uni-dex transmitter by Widex plugged in and sending directly to my Widex hearing aids.Seems sturdy enough for a cable. I think the headset jack will be the weakest part, based on my experience with regular phone cords losing the tabs from their plugs. So I do leave it plugged in during the week (with my name on it so nobody thinks it's some customer's lost thing), rather than unplug it every night.And the folks at CablesOnline are the definition of customer service. These guys are awesome!
