Perfect fit, but the entire face seal, straps, and speakers has to come off to fit. The face seal takes a fair bit of dexterity and strength to remove and reinstall. Do not lose any pieces! There is so little tolerance, expect to spend a fair amount of time trying to reassemble and adjust the cover to go around the face seal.
