After getting a Quest 3, I needed a better headstrap but didn't want to spend that much.. I took a chance on this one since it looks almost identical to the Kiwi K4 but was more affordable. It works well enough and I can only assume that it's similar to the Kiwi. The assembly was easy, and it has instructions. The hardest part was probably putting through the strap at the top. Everything else just snaps on. It's very lightweight (doesn't feel heavier than the strap stock), and the plastic seems thin but sturdy. The padding on the top and bottom seem a bit thin (like too soft) but it's light and comfortable when worn.It requires some fiddling around to get right. Basically, instead of all the pressure being in the front (like the stock strap), the pressure spreads out between the front, top, and back. This doesn't get rid of pressure, it just spreads it around. However, it's much more comfortable than the stock strap. There's a dial in the back to tighten or loosen it. It works well and once I got it to the right spot, I never had to adjust it again. I can just put it on and take it off with the same settings. There's a notch in the front that lets you lift the headset up (see my last picture). However, this doesn't work well because when the headset is secure on your face, your face will block it from lifting up. You have to lift the entire headstrap, then turn it, and it'll rest awkwardly on your brow/forehead. I think you need a forehead part (like the Kiwi H4?) for it to work.Overall, I'm satisfied with this headstrap. It was more affordable than the other options, good enough for my needs (I don't need a battery), and more comfortable than the stock strap.
