Sound quality is among the worst I've ever heard. Mic quality was fairly good, I'm led to understand. However, the person on the other end was all but inaudible. I will be returning and looking for something better.It's a shame, because the build quality looks all right and it's so bloody hard to find a non-rubberized mono earpiece right now.
