Edit 12/18/2020: I have found a couple of issues with this that don't change my overall satisfaction:1. Speakerphone volume is low, and is not adjustable. Handset & (adjustable) headset volumes are good.2. The phone sometimes spontaneously opens the line with a fast busy signal. This happens on auto answer (which does not ring); contrarily, when auto answer is off, there is a ring or two but no spontaneous open lines.Automatic call forwarding, which I use, is not affected by any of these conditions.**************************************************Just delivered & set up as my next desk phone, replacing a previous one that had a second wireless handset & required AC power. The JeKaVis runs off the telephone line only. Big buttons are easy to use. Screen is not very bright, but characters are large and readable. Handset nestles well against one's neck. It's a lightweight, so don't drop it on the floor. If you want a corded handset and headset in one unit, this is it, and the only one well under $100. (It's not easy to find a headset to plug into & work with an existing unit.) I wanted exactly those features & it performs well. The integral stand that holds the headset is a nice touch. Speakerphone is not as easily heard by the other party as is the handset, and the headset microphone comes across best, very clearly. Audio on one's own end is not beautiful but good enough for a telephone. Can't adjust the speaker (it's loud) or handset volume (it's fine) but you can adjust the headset volume and mute it from a handy control in its line. Finally, contrary to another review, you can switch between handset/headset/speakerphone. Instructions say to click the correct base unit button (one for handset, one for speakerphone) before switching, which is all it takes. No answering device; handset & headset are wired, not cordless; few bells & whistles. But it does exactly what it says it does, does it well, and I'm happy with it.
